My life goal is to always spread Korean cooking culture to the world, so I created a delicious short film through @filmforcecollective. Budae Jjigae(Army Stew) is a spicy gochujang based stew with sausage, spam, tofu, baked beans, ramen and kimchi. The dish was created after the armistice that ended Korean War, using smuggled surplus food from the U.S army bases.
